Fast efficient check in, clean and well appointed room, and helful and friendly staff. Very convenient to stadium where we were attending a sporting event.

Our room was not made up by 6pm the 2nd day. Terrible shuttle service!! We had to wait for the shuttle outside in the heat for 2 hours at the mall. The said it would only be 10 mins. Had a shuttle arranged to go to the Port earlier than normal for a wedding. We were told "It ain't going to happen" when we went to the desk. We had to scramble to find a taxi to be there in time. Overall it was very disappointing and we will never stay there again.

We felt as if we were bothering the front desk with our questions and the free shuttle is free but with long waits - up to 60 minutes depending on where you were going to coming from. They need more staff to accomodate the guests in the hotel. Where this hotel is located is not good unless you rent a car. There is nothing within walking distance. All of Tampa might be this way though so just plan on renting a car while you are there.

I should have recognized the smell of bug spray when we entered our room, but I didn't realize what the smell was until the next morning when I discovered ants all over my clothes, in my suitcase, in my purse...EVERYWHERE. They gave me a whole $10 discount when I complained after we were chased out of our room by the ants. Other than the ants...it was a nice place.
