Reviewed by Robert M. of on May-2007 Stayed at the Property - May-2007 This is a nice new hotel with great views, quality materials, whirlpool, great car porter staff. Rooms very nice. Parking unfortunately is $27/day no discount for staying there. Problem with room service, housekeeping, going though front desk instead of direct. Design of rooms very short sighted - closet too close to bed, bathroom needs more room, and whirlpool needs to be a little bigger for 2 people to fit

We stayed with extended family at this Hilton and had 2 rooms reserved. One room was checked out by housekeeping mistakenly one day early and all our belongings were packed up!!! We were coming back from the beach and found one room was empty and our food items were thrown out. We thought we were in the twilight zone. They apologized but damage was already done. Communications between departments need a serious overhaul or retraining. Definitely wait 1 year before considering staying at this hotel!
