Loved the Spa, the staff was wonderful and the service was great. The hotel however needs better service. Pool rules need to be followed. Employees children should not be allowed to be alone at the pool(ages 7-8) alone at night. Huge liability for the hotel, and it ruined my weekend listening to them fight all night. The restaurant was to expensive and service was very slow. Would come back for the Spa, but will stay in town next time.

we checked in and left our bags in room, when returned, they checked others into our room & they unpacked their items. It took over an hour to resolve w/us moving. I asked you for a Sonoma hotel and got a location on the outskirts of Napa. nothing to walk to, bad location & bad service.

Pros: New facility with amenities
Cons: Oh boy, lots. Location (industrial park), employee

We had a fantastic trip to Napa. The rooms at this resort are roomy and the full kitchens make it easy to relax with some wine/cheese from the days winery visits. The restaurant service was a bit slow, but we took the free shuttle to downtown Napa and ate there most days.

Wow . . . the one bedroom suite is beautiful! Very spacious and decorated beautifully . . . and the whirpool tub is incredible. However, don't let the fact that this is located in Napa fool you . .. it is not centrally located if you are planning on visiting some of the major wineries. Plan on a 20-30 minute drive during off season, even longer once tourist season hits!! And yes, the walls are very thin . . . you can hear people next to and above you stomping around

This resort is brand new and with that comes it's share of problems that need to be handled. We had a beautiful small suite. It is close to everything. The food was not that good It is obvious that everyone is working together to make the tweaks and adjustments. The concerige was helpful. Beware, this is a time share property and they will try to intice you into a two hour presentation There are down compforters, the bed is absolutely perfect I would not feel comfortable staying here for a week as a time share. The rooms are too small for that. Price is very high and is not worth it.

This is our third trip to Napa. After staying at cheap motels with moldy shower curtains and backed up plumbing, we decided to splurge a little. This is a beautiful, brand new condo-like hotel. The kitchenette and in-room washer and dryer is a plus for families. We were able to use the amenities at the Meritage Resort, a sister hotel next door. The downside to the hotel is that the walls are thin. You can hear noise from all sides of the building. For the money we spent, the rooms could have been quieter.

The spa is a must and is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. This isn?t your average resort ? it is a great facility at a great price that I will definitely return to on my next visit.
