Reviewed by Tanya N. of Woodland of CA United States on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jun-2007 Loved the Spa, the staff was wonderful and the service was great. The hotel however needs better service. Pool rules need to be followed. Employees children should not be allowed to be alone at the pool(ages 7-8) alone at night. Huge liability for the hotel, and it ruined my weekend listening to them fight all night. The restaurant was to expensive and service was very slow. Would come back for the Spa, but will stay in town next time. |

After staying at cheap motels with moldy shower curtains and backed up plumbing, we decided to splurge a little. This is a beautiful, brand new condo-like hotel. The kitchenette and in-room washer and dryer is a plus for families. We were able to use the amenities at the Meritage Resort, a sister hotel next door. The downside to the hotel is that the walls are thin. You can hear noise from all sides of the building. For the money we spent, the rooms could have been quieter. |

Reviewed by Greg K. of San Francisco of CA USA on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jun-2006 I have stayed in almost every resort in Napa, and the Vino Bella is hands-down my favorite. The 1-bedroom Suites are absolutely magnificent ? they make you not want to go home. The spa is a must and is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. This isn?t your average resort ? it is a great facility at a great price that I will definitely return to on my next visit. As you can tell; I was very satisfied with my time spent at the resort? |
