The beds are not comfortable, they dont want to give you extra towels. They actually count the towels they give you in the room and then get mad when you ask for more. The concierge office closes at 11pm. You have to go to them to get ICE. This is not a Pet Friendly Hotel. Also There is NO HIGHSPEED INTERNET!!!!!. Not a family Hotel. IF you have been driving for hours and just want a hotel to sleep before going on the road again Maybe but I rather sleep in my car.
