Reviewed by K M. of IL USA on Dec-2007 Stayed at the Property - Dec-2007 The beds are great, the rooms are excellent, the views are not nearly as nice as portrayed. The ocean is across the street, obscured by other developments. The pool is really nice but their grounds are very limitted. Expensive vallet parking is required if you bring a vehicle. The corner room we reserved was not given to us and nothing was done to make sure we got it. Facility was geared well toward conferences. Guaranteed wake up call was missed by almost a half hour.

Outdoor pool and bar is "comfortable" and you have access to the Atlantic Ocean and miles of beach accross the street. BUT if you bring a car be prepared to pay a parking fee of $17 per day which seems to be check in surprise for many. Highly recommended and I would return for another visit.

The property is located on the Intracoastal Waterway with easy beach access. This property has one of the best pools we have ever experienced, service was outstanding. The guestrooms are very hip and reminded us of Miami South Beach. This is a absolutely outstanding property!

Cons:	Nothing this place is incredible
