We kept getting locked out of our rooms & had to get new keys every time we left and came back. The rooms were dirty - I really didn't want to sleep in the bed. The kids slept on top of the blankets. Front desk associates acted like we were an interruption and a bother. Never had enough clean towels and when we asked they would only bring one; there was six of us and two rooms for four days. Would never stay there again.

Reviewed by nancy f. of on Dec-2006 Stayed at the Property - Dec-2006 we had to ask three times for towels and three times for shampoo. when we were transferred to housekeeping we were told the hotel ran out of shampoo. when we asked to be reimbursed for the shampoo we had to buy, the mamager refused, saying our room rate was too low. trat yourself better and stay at a nicer hotel.
